Getting Started

Dayze is the context layer for your AI. Connect Contacts, Gmail, and Calendar once — Dayze builds a life graph so ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Gemini, and Dayze Agent can answer from your real people, plans, and days, with sources you can inspect.

Inside the app, every day becomes a rich card — events, people, photos, spending, and insights — so your life stays structured for you and for the AIs you already use.

Dayze counts every day of your life starting from Day 0 — your birthday. This is mathematically correct: on the day you were born, you've completed 0 full days of life, just like you're 0 years old at birth.

Day 1 is the first full day after you were born. Today might be Day 9,847 — and that number is uniquely yours.

After signing in, open Settings → Profile to update your details, then choose Save Changes.

To get the most out of Dayze, complete your profile with:

• Birthday — Required for Day counting and your timeline
• Display name & handle — Your identity on Dayze (e.g. @luke)
• Profile photo — Makes your Day Cards personal
• Location — Enables weather data and location-based insights
• Timezone — Set this in Settings → Preferences and choose Save Changes so events display in your local time

Attach photos to calendar events (edit modal → Photo) and to your Food Diary. Send a photo to Dayze Agent — it can log food with log_food or save a moment with create_event; the image and EXIF metadata attach automatically. Large iPhone photos are compressed in your browser before send — no need to resize manually.

Once your profile is set up, here's what to do first:

1. Add your first event — Tap the + button on today's Day Card
2. Add a person — Log someone you interacted with today
3. Write a Day Note — Jot down what happened; check Names to review if you mention someone new (Day Notes)
4. Talk to Dayze Agent — Ask your assistant anything about your day
5. Scroll your past — Swipe through historical Day Cards to relive your days
6. Check your Day Score — Rate today from 1-10
