Dayze holds location, people, and private memories. Ads would break trust. We monetize through subscriptions, premium handles, and optional developer API access — never by selling your attention.
How do AI limits work?
Free includes 10 Dayze AI messages per day. Pro includes 100. Family includes 200 per seat. Limits reset at midnight UTC. Heavy chat uses smart memory retrieval — not your full history on every message.
How does the free trial work?
Start a 14-day Pro trial with full premium features. Cancel before it ends and you will not be charged.
What are premium handles?
Short or rare handles (e.g. @lu, @alex) are one-time purchases on top of your plan. Standard 5+ character handles remain free.
What is the Life Context API?
Developers integrate Dayze timeline data via REST v1 and MCP. $49/mo Pro API tier for production workloads.
Can I switch plans?
Upgrade anytime for instant access. Downgrade at the end of your billing period via Manage billing in Settings.
What if I want a refund?
Except where required by applicable law or the purchase platform’s rules (for example Apple or Google Play), Dayze does not offer voluntary refunds for paid subscriptions. Start with the 14-day Pro trial on the web if you want to try Pro before paying. Billing questions: support@dayze.com.
Do app store prices match the web?
Web checkout uses Stripe list prices (Pro $12/mo or $120/yr; Family $24.99/mo or $249/yr). Apple App Store and Google Play set their own local prices; they can differ from the web.
Can I export my data?
Yes on Dayze Pro and Dayze Family (and during an active Pro trial): Settings → export JSON/CSV. Free accounts can delete their data anytime; broader self-serve export on Free may come later. See our Privacy Policy.
