Delete your Dayze account
Dayze is operated by Phi Digital LLC. This page explains how to permanently delete your Dayze account and what happens to your data.
How to delete your account (in the Dayze app)
- Sign in to Dayze at dayze.com/login or open the Dayze app.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll to Danger Zone.
- Type DELETE MY ACCOUNT to confirm.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm again.
When you confirm deletion, Dayze removes your sign-in credentials and deletes your profile. Associated data listed below is purged in the same request. For Stripe subscriptions billed on the web, Dayze cancels those Stripe subscriptions as part of deletion. Subscriptions you started through the App Store or Google Play are billed by those stores — account deletion does not by itself cancel store billing; manage or cancel them in Apple ID or Google Play subscriptions. Deletion of Dayze account data cannot be undone. If any Dayze data store cannot be confirmed deleted, the confirmation screen says so and asks you to contact privacy@dayze.com for verification.
What Dayze deletes
- Profile, handle, email-linked account data, and preferences
- Events, people, expenses, day scores, and timeline data
- Dayze Agent chat history and stored memories
- Uploaded photos and attachments stored for your account (private media, chat uploads, rehosted avatars, and receipts under your user folder)
- Quiz/Pulse responses and DayzeCoin balance
- Any public profile page tied to your account
What may be retained
- Billing and tax records from Stripe may be kept as required by law (we do not store full card numbers)
- App Store or Google Play may retain their own purchase records and continue billing until you cancel in that store
- Backup copies may persist for up to 30 days after deletion, then are removed from production systems
- Aggregated, anonymized statistics that cannot identify you
