Stuart Pivar

Stuart Pivar is an American art collector, businessman, and philanthropist who was a longtime friend and associate of Jeffrey Epstein. Pivar co-founded the New York Academy of Art with Andy Warhol in 1982. He knew Epstein for decades and was part of Epstein's New York social circle. Pivar has described Epstein as a friend but has said he was unaware of his criminal activities. He has publicly distanced himself from Epstein since the scandal broke. No allegations of criminal conduct have been made against Pivar.
