Mark Epstein is an American real estate developer based in New York City and the younger brother of Jeffrey Epstein. Mark managed several properties connected to Jeffrey, including apartments in a building on East 66th Street in Manhattan that were linked to Jeffrey's network. He testified in a 2009 civil deposition that models from MC2 (Jean-Luc Brunel's agency, funded by Jeffrey) stayed in apartments he managed. Mark has maintained that he was unaware of his brother's criminal activities.
