Lesley Groff

Lesley Groff was Jeffrey Epstein's longtime executive assistant, working for him for approximately two decades. She was identified as one of four co-conspirators named in the 2007 non-prosecution agreement alongside Sarah Kellen, Nadia Marcinkova, and Adriana Ross. According to victim testimony, Groff was responsible for managing Epstein's schedule and logistics, including arranging travel for young women to Epstein's properties. She was described in court filings as a key operational figure who facilitated the trafficking network. She was never criminally charged due to the immunity granted by the NPA. In civil depositions, she invoked the Fifth Amendment.

Groff worked for Epstein for roughly 20 years and was among the highest-paid members of his staff. She managed complex logistics across multiple properties and travel schedules.
