Howard Donald

Howard Paul Donald (born April 28, 1968) is an English singer, songwriter, musician, and DJ. He rose to fame as a member of Take That, joining Gary Barlow, Mark Owen, Jason Orange, and Robbie Williams in one of Britain's biggest boy bands. Donald often sings lead on fan favourites such as "Never Forget" and has remained in the group through its 1990s split, 2000s reunion, and ongoing tours.

Donald grew up in Droylsden, Greater Manchester. He trained as a vehicle painter on a Youth Training Scheme and worked as a club DJ influenced by electronic acts like Kraftwerk and Gary Numan before auditioning for Nigel Martin-Smith's new group in 1990.
