Erika Kirk

Erika Kirk, née Frantzve, is an American businesswoman, former beauty queen, and CEO of Turning Point USA. Born in Ohio and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona, in a devout Catholic family, she attended Notre Dame Preparatory High School and founded the charity Everyday Heroes Like You in 2006. She earned degrees from Regis University in Denver, Arizona State University, and Liberty University. In 2012, she won the Miss Arizona USA title and competed in Miss USA 2012. Kirk worked as a real estate agent with Corcoran in New York, as a model and casting director, and briefly appeared on Bravo's "Summer House" in 2019. She founded Proclaim Streetwear, a Christian-inspired clothing brand. She met conservative activist Charlie Kirk in 2018 and married him on May 8, 2021, at the Trump National Doral resort. Following Charlie Kirk's fatal shooting on September 10, 2025, Erika assumed the role of CEO of Turning Point USA, the organization her husband co-founded. She has publicly committed to continuing his legacy and has emerged as a prominent figure in the conservative movement in her own right.

Married Charlie Kirk on May 8, 2021, at Trump National Doral in Miami. They had two children — a daughter (born ~2022) and a son (born ~2024). Charlie Kirk was fatally shot on September 10, 2025. Raised in a devout Catholic family in Scottsdale, Arizona.
