Courtney Wild

Courtney Wild was one of the first identified victims of Jeffrey Epstein, recruited at age 14 in 2002. She was the lead plaintiff in the federal lawsuit challenging the legality of the 2007 non-prosecution agreement under the Crime Victims' Rights Act. Wild was recruited by another girl to go to Epstein's Palm Beach mansion for paid "massages." She alleged she was sexually abused by Epstein hundreds of times over several years and was herself pressured to recruit other underage girls. Her attorneys, Brad Edwards and Paul Cassell, argued that the NPA violated federal law by keeping victims uninformed. In 2019, Judge Kenneth Marra ruled in her favor, finding that prosecutors had indeed violated victims' rights. Wild has been a vocal advocate for victims' rights and was instrumental in reopening the case.

Grew up in the Palm Beach area of Florida. Was a teenager attending school when recruited into Epstein's network at age 14.
